The invention provides a partially-assembled sound insulation house and a construction method. The partially-assembled sound insulation house is composed of giant columns, giant beams, cast-in-place floors, cast-in-place shear walls, cast-in-place ladder beams, stair plates, prefabricated shear walls, composite floor slabs, indoor stairs and roof slabs, wherein the giant beams are supported on the giant columns, the cast-in-place floors are supported on the giant beams, and a giant frame is formed; three layers of internal houses are arranged on each layer of cast-in-place floor, and the three layers of internal houses form one house; and bearing components of the internal houses are the prefabricated shear walls and the composite floor slabs, and the internal houses do not make contact with the upper-layer giant beams. During construction, the stair plates, the prefabricated shear walls, prefabricated thin slabs, the indoor stairs and the roof slabs are machined in a factory, and the giant columns, the giant beams, the cast-in-place floors, the cast-in-place shear walls and the cast-in-place ladder beams are constructed on site. The partially-assembled sound insulation house can solve the problems that a house is poor in sound insulation performance, and an assembled building is poor in integrity, and the safety and comfort of the house are guaranteed.
