The invention provides a composite foamed gypsum core embedded interior partition wall board and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite foamed gypsum core embedded interior partition wall board has light weight and high strength, is convenient to construct and is environmentally friendly. The composite foamed gypsum core embedded interior partition wall boar comprises two high-strength fiber-reinforced gypsum layers which function as a top surface and a bottom surface, wherein a light-weight core layer is embedded between the two high-strength fiber-reinforced gypsum layers, and the light-weight core layer is formed by arranging a spacial reinforcing mesh in a light-weight core material. The manufacturing method of the composite foamed gypsum core embedded interior partition wall board comprises the following steps: manufacturing the spacial reinforcing mesh in advance, weighing the raw materials of the light-weight core material, pouring the raw materials of the light-weight core material into gaps of a manufacturing mold to form a light-weight core layer, and forming the composite foamed gypsum core embedded interior partition wall board integrally.
