Novel hollow light foamed gypsum integrated board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a novel hollow light foamed gypsum integrated board; a partition board body is composed of light foamed gypsum and glass fiber nets on the two sides, and a plurality of punched holes are formed in the light foamed gypsum; the light foamed gypsum is prepared by mixing a light gypsum material produced by calcining waste desulfurized gypsum in a power plant with calcium carbonate, adding glass fibers, fully stirring and mixing to obtain a finished product, namely light gypsum powder, adding water, a foaming agent and a coagulant into the powder, fully stirring and mixing to form slurry, and finally compounding a glass fiber net on two sides. The light gypsum powder is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 to 900 parts of gypsum, 2 to 5 parts of starch, 20 to 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 2 to 3 parts of glass fibers, 2 to 4 parts of cellulose and 2 to 4 parts of a water reducing agent. The novel hollow light foamed gypsum integrated board has the beneficial effect of heat preservation performance. The novel hollow light foamed gypsum integrated board has the characteristics of extremely strong fireproof effect, flat board surface, light weight, high strength, multiple environmental protection, heat preservation and insulation, sound insulation, breathing and humidifying, rapid construction, reduction of wall cost and the like, and is an ideal indoor heat preservation and insulation partition wall material.
本发明涉及新型中空轻质发泡石膏一体板,隔墙板本体由轻质发泡石膏和两侧的玻纤网组成,其中轻质发泡石膏上开有若干冲孔;轻质发泡石膏为电厂废弃脱硫石膏煅烧生产的轻质石膏材料加上碳酸钙混合,加入玻璃纤维充分搅拌混合产成品为轻质石膏粉料,粉料再加水、发泡剂、催凝剂充分搅拌混合,形成浆料,最后双面复合玻纤网;轻质石膏粉料按照重量份数比包含以下组分原料:石膏800‑900份,淀粉2‑5份,碳酸钙20‑50份,玻璃纤维2‑3份,纤维素2‑4份,减水剂2‑4份。本发明的有益效果是:自带保温性能。具有防火效果极强、板面平整、质量轻、强度高、多重环保、保温隔热、隔音、呼吸调湿、快速施工、降低墙体成本等特点,是理想的室内保温隔热隔墙材料。
