The steel reinforcement cage includes a plurality of steel reinforcement cage sections, a main reinforcement, an inner positioning hoop reinforcement and an outer hoop reinforcement are arranged in each of the steel reinforcement cage sections, and the main reinforcement is non-prestressed steel reinforcement; the inner positioning hoop reinforcement and the outer hoop reinforcement are prestressed steel reinforcements; and projections are arranged on the outer hoop reinforcement at intervals, the intervals of the projections are consistent, the projections are connected with grouting pipes respectively, one ends of the grouting pipes are filled to the inner cavities of the projections, and the other ends are connected with a concrete casting interface. The steel reinforcement cage is used for bored casting, so the drilling efficiency is improved, and high efficiency bore formation is realized; the center of a drilling machine axially coincides with the center f a protection cylinder, and the centers simultaneously drill downward, so the bore shape is structured, and the phenomenon of bumping of the drilling machine with the protection cylinder is avoided; and the rotary tracking of the protection cylinder substitutes a slurry technology, so the construction cost is saved, and environmental pollution is avoided.
