The invention provides a cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcement cage lowering positioning device which comprises a supporting cylinder, two positioning assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the supporting cylinder, supporting discs are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the supporting cylinder, and main reinforcement connecting assemblies corresponding to main reinforcements of a reinforcement cage are arranged on the supporting discs in a circumferential array mode. A telescopic driving assembly for driving the main reinforcement connecting assembly to reciprocate is arranged in the middle of the top of the supporting disc; according to the device, in the lowering process of the reinforcement cage, the pulleys at the ends of the telescopic arms make contact with and are in sliding connection with the inner wall of a drill hole, the positioning effect can be achieved when the reinforcement cage is lowered into the drill hole, the reinforcement cage is prevented from deviating in the drill hole, and the construction quality is guaranteed; the main reinforcement connecting assembly is driven by the telescopic driving assembly to extend outwards or retract inwards, so that the end of the main reinforcement connecting assembly abuts against or is separated from a main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, and rapid connection or release between the device and the reinforcement cage is achieved.
