The invention provides a device for increasing wind-resistant performance of a metal roof and a mounting method thereof. The device comprises a wind-resisting clamp, a buckle component and a T-code component, wherein a first end of the T-code component is fixed on a base surface; a second end of the T-code component is buckled with the buckle component; the wind-resisting clamp covers the outer side of the tail end of the buckle component. A metal roof system using the wind-resisting clamp is strong in integrality; the waterproof property and the wind-resistant performance are increased to a certain extent; the device is suitable for a vertical locking edge metal roof system as well as a metal roof system connected by self-tapping screws and has excellent adaptation.
