The invention discloses a forward screwing impacting-expanding drill tool structure and a full screw impacted-expanded pile forming construction method, and particularly relates to a drill tool structure for secondary screwing during forward drill lifting and pile forming, and a construction method of a full screw impacted-expanded pile for soil squeezing. The pile forming construction method comprises the following steps of utilizing a spiral drill tool with the drill tool structure to downwards spiral to squeeze soil and form a hole, then maintaining the rotation direction to be unchanged, lifting the drill tool and impacting-expanding a pile hole, forming shallow threads on a hole wall, meanwhile, pumping concrete to the pile hole, and forming a full screw impacted-expanded cast-in-place pile with the shallow threads. The invention aims to provide the screwing impacting-expanding drill tool structure with simpler structure and durability, and the full screw impacted-expanded cast-in-place pile forming construction method with higher bearing force, more stable quality, lower cost, energy conservation and environment protection, simplicity and practicability, and adaptability of various soil layers.
