The invention belongs to the technical field of screw cast-in-place piles, discloses a construction method for forming a screw pile through drilling of an adjustable screw pile drill bit structure, and aims to solve the problem that a large quality accident occurs due to the fact that a spiral screw pile cannot be formed when a hole wall of an existing screw pile drill bit is cut in a pebble soil layer and a strongly weathered rock stratum. The method comprises the steps that (1) a screw drill is used for driving a drill bit to conduct forward rotation drilling to form a pile hole; (2) concrete is poured into the pile hole, and the drill bit is lifted upwards while the concrete is poured into the pile hole; when the screw drilling machine upwards extracts the drill bit, the screw drilling machine drives the drill bit to rotate reversely, so that a spiral groove is formed in the inner wall of the pile hole through the drill bit; and (3) after concrete pouring is completed, a reinforcement cage is implanted into the concrete, the pile hole and the groove are filled with the concrete, and the screw cast-in-place pile is formed after the concrete is solidified.
