Method for co-treating anaerobic digested sludge via cement kiln
The invention provides a method for co-treating anaerobic digested sludge via a cement kiln. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out anaerobic treatment on sludge to obtain digested sludge, feeding from a raw material grinding mill, grinding and drying the sludge in the raw material grinding mill, collecting the sludge by a bag type dust collector, homogenizing the sludge in a raw material homogenization silo as a cement raw material, conveying the cement raw material into a rotary kiln via a pre-decomposition system, and burning the cement raw material to prepare cement; the raw material grinding mill is further connected with a conditioning tower, and the other end of the conditioning tower is connected with the pre-decomposition system. The method provided by the invention is used for achieving the resource utilization of the sludge and drying the sludge in the raw material grinding mill through hot air at the kiln tail so as to save equipment and energy, and the drying moisture can be applied to the conditioning tower to save water. The method provided by the invention needs no residue or tail gas treatment and is an environmentally friendly method.
