Lightweight heat-insulating concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight heat-insulating concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight heat-insulating concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of yellow phosphorus slag, 20-25 parts of loessial silt, 14-16 parts of oil shale waste slag, 10-12 parts of montmorillonite powder, 9-10 parts of a mushroom cultivating material, 4-6 parts of pine sawdust, 1.5-2.0 parts of ferrous sulfate, 5-7 parts of peat, 0.5-0.8 part of an accelerant M, 1-2 parts of a naphthalene-based water-reducing agent, 2-4 parts of a calcium zinc stabilizer, 0.6-0.8 part of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 1.0-1.2 parts of barium petroleum sulfonate, 4-5 parts of glass beads, 1.2-1.6 parts of vinyl silicone oil and a proper amount of water. The yellow phosphorus slag, the loessial silt and the oil shale waste slag are calcined to change waste materials into valuable things, so that the cost is low and the prepared concrete has a good heat-insulating effect; in a formula, a modified mushroom cultivating material enhances the bulk density, the seepage resistance and the compressive strength of the concrete, increases the porosity of the concrete, and effectively improves the heat-insulating effect; the lightweight heat-insulating concrete is safe, environment-friendly and free of toxic side effects.
