The invention discloses anti-crack flexible polymer cement mortar which is formed by mixing a liquid component and a powder component, wherein the weight ratio of the liquid component to the powder component is 1: (4-5.5); the liquid component comprises raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 25%-40% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 1%-3% of a sterilizing agent, 0.3%-0.5% of an antifoaming agent and 57.5%-73.7% of water; the powder component comprises raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 25%-50% of ordinary Portland cement, 48.8%-74.5% of washed-out sand, 0.2%-0.6% of lignocellulose and 0.05%-0.07% of polypropylene fiber. The mortar solves the problem of cracking caused by temperature stress, structural stress, shrinkage stress and the like, has the characteristics of elastic modification, stress dispersion, material supplementation, waterproof and weather-proof performance and the like, and is special anti-crack flexible mortar for construction thermal insulation walls.
