Non-cement anti-crack mortar
The invention relates to a non-cement anti-crack mortar to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. The invention on the one hand does not use cement completely, saves cement dosage and reduces energy consumption, and on the other hand can increase the utilization amount of fly ash. The non-cement anti-crack mortar is composed of a non-cement mortar masterbatch and an additive. The non-cement mortar masterbatch consists of the following components by mass percentage: 10-40% of ultra-fine fly ash, 50-87% of sand, 2-10% of lime and 0-3% of gypsum. The ultra-fine fly ash has a particle size of 5-10 micrometers, and the additive includes 2.00-4.00% of redispersible latex powder, 0.20-0.50% of a water-retaining agent, 0.10-0.50% of cellulosic fiber, and 0.20-1.00% of anti-crack fiber. The non-cement anti-crack mortar prepared by the invention has the advantages of simple operation, excellent performance and low cost, also can save cement dosage, makes heavy use of fly ash, and responds to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction.
