Rubber-particle cement-based material joint filler for concrete pavement and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a rubber-particle cement-based material joint filler for a concrete pavement. The rubber-particle cement-based material joint filler comprises rubber particles, cement, sand and water with the mass ratio being 1:1.5-3.5:4-7, wherein the mass ratio of the rubber particles and the sand is 1:12-25, the particle diameter of the rubber particles is 1-2mm and the density of the rubber particles is 1000-1300Kg/m<3>; and the cement adopts P.O42.5 ordinary portland cement, and the fineness modulus of the sand is 3.0-2.3. The rubber-particle cement-based material joint filler has the characteristics of high toughness and large deformation, and can meet the requirement of the joint filler for the concrete pavement; the joint filler is not easy in ageing and to fail; and the service life of the road can be prolonged; in the process of utilizing the rubber-particle cement-based material joint filler to fill expansion joints of the cement-based pavement, force transferring rods do not need to be arranged between two cement-based pavement slabs, so that the construction process is simplified.
