Method for preparing baking-free brick from waste and brick product
The invention relates to a method for preparing a composite baking-free brick from slags, waste tiles, coal ash and modified plant fiber. The method comprises the following three steps: preparing the raw materials, performing compression molding, and leaving to stand. The method is simple in process, and high in solid waste utilization ratio; the prepared baking-free brick is light in weight, good in strength, good in durability, excellent in tenacity and crack resistance, low in energy consumption, and free of environment pollution. The raw materials comprising cement, coal ash, the modified plant fiber and the like are mixed and stirred uniformly; the mixture in a die is vibrated, extruded and molded to prepare a green brick; and the green brick is subjected to steam curing, and is then placed outdoor at normal temperature for a period of time to form the finished product.
