The invention discloses special sludge for manufacturing porcelain tiles. The special sludge is pre-treated according to the steps as follows: (1), sludge raw materials are subjected to sedimentation; (2), slurry is sterilized in an aeration sterilization tub; (3), iron in the slurry is removed by iron removal equipment; (4), the slurry is sterilized in a sterilization bleaching tub, a bleaching agent is added for bleaching treatment of the slurry; (5), the slurry is subjected to filter pressing treatment to obtain sludge and water; (6) the slurry is dried by drying equipment, and the water obtained through filter pressing is sterilized and bleached again in the sterilization bleaching tub; (7), the dried sludge is packed to obtain the finished special sludge for manufacturing the porcelain tiles. The content of Fe in the finished special sludge for manufacturing the porcelain tiles is lower than 0.5%, the content of Ti is lower than 0.3%, and the content of Mn is lower than 0.1%. The special sludge can replace clay raw materials, and the manufactured porcelain tiles are high in whiteness and breaking strength and low in water absorption rate.
