The invention discloses a method for preparing special sludge for manufacturing porcelain tiles. The method comprises steps as follows: (1), sludge raw materials are subjected to sedimentation; (2), slurry is sterilized in an aeration sterilization tank; (3), iron in the slurry is removed by iron removal equipment; (4), the slurry is sterilized in a sterilization bleaching tank, a bleaching agent is added for bleaching treatment of the slurry; (5), the slurry is subjected to filter pressing treatment to obtain sludge and water; (6) the slurry is dried by drying equipment, and the water obtained through filter pressing is sterilized and bleached again in the sterilization bleaching tub; (7), the dried sludge is packed to obtain the finished sludge, wherein the content of Fe in the finished sludge is lower than 0.5%, the content of Ti is lower than 0.3%, and the content of Mn is lower than 0.1%. The finished sludge can replace clay raw materials, and the porcelain tiles manufactured through the sludge are high in whiteness and breaking strength and low in water absorption rate.
