Dispersant for wet grinding of zirconium-silicate-based composite ceramic raw materials and preparation method of dispersant
The invention relates to a dispersant for wet grinding of zirconium-silicate-based composite ceramic raw materials. The dispersant is prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 5-20 percent of a water-soluble allyl polymer, 7-15 percent of ammonium citrate, 5-15 percent of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 2-10 percent of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.1-1 percent of industrial by-product salt mother liquor, 5-15 percent of sodium pyrophosphate, 5-10 percent of sodium humate and the balance of water. The preparation method of the dispersant comprises the following steps: putting water in a container and heating to 40-45 DEG C, and then respectively adding the sodium humate, the sodium hexametaphosphate and the sodium pyrophosphate under the stirring condition; after the ingredients are dissolved completely, sequentially adding the industrial by-product salt mother liquor, the water-soluble allyl polymer, the sodium carboxymethyl starch and the ammonium citrate; continuing to stir for 20-30 minutes; after all the ingredients in the system are dissolved completely, moving to the room temperature environment, and standing for 50-60 minutes. The dispersant is wide in sources of preparation raw materials and simple and easy in process, is less affected by the pH change of the external environment, is strong in dispersion effect, can effectively reduce the pulp viscosity and improve the rheological property, and can significantly reduce energy consumption of wet grinding of zirconium-silicate-based composite ceramic raw materials.
