The invention provides a water-based composite ceramic dispersing agent containing a high-molecular polymer and a preparation method of the water-based composite ceramic dispersing agent. The dispersing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of a high-molecular dispersing agent, 10-30 parts of a small-molecular dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of hydrochloric acid and 5-15 parts of deionized water, the polymeric dispersant is a water-based polymeric dispersant containing carboxylate and/or sulfonate. The molecular weight of the high-molecular polymer contained in the composite ceramic dispersant provided by the invention is moderate, agglomerated particles in powder can be effectively crushed, the dispersion effect is excellent and stable, and a grinding aiding effect can be achieved; meanwhile, the water-based dispersing agent obtained by compounding macromolecules and micromolecules has no side effect, can realize dilution and water reduction effects and has a wider application range.
本发明提供一种含高分子聚合物的水系复合陶瓷分散剂及其制备方法，该分散剂包括以下重量份数的原料：高分子分散剂80～90份、小分子分散剂10～30份、盐酸1～5份和去离子水5～15份；所述高分子分散剂为含羧酸盐和/或磺酸盐的水系高分子分散剂。本发明提供的复合陶瓷分散剂所含高分子聚合物的分子量适中，能够有效打碎粉料中的团聚颗粒，分散效果优异且稳定，能够起到助磨作用；同时采用高分子和小分子复配得到的水系分散剂无副作用，可实现稀释减水作用且具有更宽的适用范围。
