The invention provides a preparation method of a binder solution for molding a soft magnetic ferrite. The binder solution is an aqueous solution, wherein the main component which plays a binding role is polyvinyl alcohol which consists of first polyvinyl alcohol and second polyvinyl alcohol, and the decomposition and volatilization temperature of the first polyvinyl alcohol is 200-400 DEG C and that of the second polyvinyl alcohol is 400-600 DEG C. The binder solution contains a plurality of auxiliary components so as to improve the dispersibility and mobility of slurry solid particles when a magnetic core is produced. The binder solution provided by the invention can be used for obviously solving the sintering and cracking problem of a magnetic core molded body of the soft magnetic ferrite and the flowability of the molded powder is improved.
