The present invention relates to a golden glaze used in architecture and the golden glaze is composed of the following components (in weight fraction): 52-58 parts of frit, 15-17 parts of sphene, 8-9 parts of zircon, 6-7 parts of limestone, 3-4 parts of quartz, 6-7 parts of burn talc, 8-10 parts of CMC and 0.5-0.8 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, wherein the frit consists of the following components (in weight fraction): 32-35 parts of feldspar, 8-10 parts of quartz, 2-3 parts of barium carbonate, 7-9 parts of zinc oxide, 25-28 parts of red lead and 0.1-0.2 tsavorite. The present invention also relates to a preparation and a use of the golden glaze used in architecture. The prepared golden glaze porcelain products used in architecture have a high glossiness, a good thermal stability, a low dissolution quantity of lead, and a surface with gold-colored gloss, and the golden glaze is appropriate for all types of high-grade porcelain used in architecture.
