The invention discloses a decentralized supporting track structure with vibration reduction and noise reduction functions. The decentralized supporting track structure comprises a track beam, tracks and multiple sets of vibration reduction supporting devices, wherein the track beam comprises two track beam bodies which are arranged in parallel, the cross section of the track beam bodies is rectangular, and the extending direction of the track beam bodies is the same with the extending direction of the two tracks; a connection board is arranged between the track beam bodies and comprises a top board and a bottom board arranged between the track beam bodies, and the top board and the bottom board keep flush with the top face and the bottom face of the track beam bodies respectively; a box structure with the rectangular section is defined by the top board, the bottom board and the track beam bodies. Each vibration reduction supporting device comprises multiple staggered steel boards and rubber bodies fastened at the partial area between every two adjacent steel boards, and the multiple steel boards are evenly arranged at equal intervals. The decentralized supporting track structure with the vibration reduction and noise reduction functions increases the transverse connection stiffness and the sectional anti-bending inertia moment of the track beam, and can greatly reduce environment vibration and noise.
