Second through holes matched with the screws are formed in the four corners of the iron base plate respectively, bosses are arranged on the screws, the nuts are in threaded connection with the screws, and the screws penetrate through the first through holes to abut against the top of the supporting bottom plate. A main structure for achieving the vibration reduction function is arranged in the sleeper, the installation height of the fastener is greatly reduced, the rigidity of the vibration reduction structure can be conveniently and rapidly adjusted, and therefore the vibration reduction requirements under different environment conditions are met.
