The invention provides a circular quick splicing platform which is formed by four identical sector splicing plates and a plurality of annular splicing plates in a splicing mode. Counter bores are formed in the centers of the top faces of the sector splicing plates and the annular splicing plates. The parts from the edges of the top faces to the counter bores are oblique downwards. Grooves are formed in the edges of the bottom faces of the section splicing plates and the annular splicing plates. The counter bores in the corresponding top faces and the grooves in the corresponding bottom faces are communicated so that sewage falling to the quick splicing platform can be drained to the ground quickly.
