The invention provides a surrounding type quick-splicing platform. The quick-splicing platform is formed by mutual splicing eight same fan-shaped splicing plates with a plurality of annular splicing plates, wherein water flowing tanks are respectively arranged at the middle parts of the top surfaces of the fan-shaped splicing plates and the annular splicing plates; water flowing tanks from top to bottom are respectively arranged at the middle part of any one side surface of each of the fan-shaped splicing plates and the annular splicing plates; water flowing tanks from top to bottom are also respectively arranged at the middle part of the opposite side of each of the fan-shaped splicing plates and the annular splicing plates; the water flowing tanks on the three surfaces are communicated with one another to form a water flowing channel. The surrounding type quick-splicing platform has the great advantages of high quality, convenience, reusability and optional assembly; meanwhile, the wastewater falling onto the surrounding type quick-splicing platform can be quickly discharged to the ground.
