The foundation body internally comprises a support part which serves as a framework. The outside of the foundation body comprises more than one planting part. The planting parts are in groove shapes or single-container shapes. The structure is adopted for being arranged in a noise environment, green plants carry out dust falling for the noise environment while the green plants and the big-end-down environment are utilized for insulating noise, and the green plants have the effect of beautifying the environment. The noise reducing wall has the advantages of being capable of greening and carrying out dust falling while being capable of effectively insulating the noise, and capable of carrying out automatic irrigation, fully utilizing water sources, and saving manpower.
