The invention discloses a soil taking type positive thread forming drilling tool structure and a screw pile with varying thread pitches. The soil taking type positive thread forming drilling tool structure comprises a drilling tool core bar and a drilling tool screw blade integrally formed with the drilling tool core bar, and the drilling tool screw blade is of an equal-external-diameter and equal-thread-pitch structure. The lowest end of the drilling tool core bar is connected with a drill, a concrete pumping valve is arranged on the drill, an concrete pumping core pipe is arranged in the drilling tool core bar, the diameter of the concrete pumping core pipe is the same as that of the drilling tool core bar, and the concrete pumping core pipe penetrates through the drilling tool core bar. A secondary thread forming screw blade which is partially thickened and heightened is arranged on the upper portion of the drill, and a thread forming assisting screw blade is arranged on the drilling tool screw blade on the upper portion of the secondary thread forming screw blade.
