The prefabricated screw pile construction drilling tool comprises a pile body, a pile cap and a power head. The pile body comprises a straight rod section and a threaded section from top to bottom, a concave clamping groove is formed in the center of the top of the straight rod section, and a drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the threaded section; the pile cap comprises a pile cap plate and a second clamping tenon from top to bottom, and the second clamping tenon is matched with the clamping groove; a first clamping tenon is arranged at the bottom of the power head and matched with the clamping groove. The pile body and the pile cap are both of a prefabricated structure, the pile forming quality is ensured, and the construction period is shortened. The size of the pile body and thread parameters are convenient to adjust, and pollution to the surrounding environment is reduced.
