The embodiment of the invention provides an urban road water-logging early warning and automatic treatment system based on the technology of internet of things. The urban road water-logging early warning and automatic treatment system comprises a water discharging device, a water level monitoring device, a monitoring center and a power source, wherein the water discharging device is used for achieving real-time collection of the water level of road water-logging and uploading the water level and position information to the monitoring center, when the water level reaches a preset value, the water level monitoring device controls the water discharging device to discharge accumulated water into a sewer, and the monitoring center is used for receiving the water level and the position information which are uploaded by the water level monitoring device and sending the water level and the position information to a client side. By the adoption of the urban road water-logging early warning and automatic treatment system, the water level can be monitored in real time, water can be discharged through the water discharging device, and therefore the problem that too much water is accumulated on a road and cannot be discharged is avoided; the data which are collected in real time are uploaded to the monitoring center and sent to the client side through the monitoring center, and therefore the urban road water-logging early warning and automatic treatment system is convenient and rapid to use and saves labor, a user can be informed of the road water-logging condition in time, the user can avoid the dangerous road, and the personal loss and the property loss are reduced.
