Multi-high-rise-steel-structure house integrated system
The invention relates to a multi-high-rise-steel-structure house integrated system. The frame structure scheme of rectangular concrete filled steel tube pillars, steel frame beams and steel supports is adopted, outer walls and separating walls are arranged in steel structure frames, indoor partition walls are arranged in rooms, and floor slabs and stairs are arranged between the steel frame beams on each layer. The house integrated system is characterized in that the rectangular concrete filled steel tube pillars are arranged in a balcony, a kitchen, a toilet and a floor elevator room, beam column joints are in mixed connection by adopting stud welding, and the partition walls, the separating walls and other walls are made of light composite wallboards, wherein the partition walls, the separating walls and the other walls do not make contact with the steel supports. The multi-high-rise-steel-structure house integrated system has the advantages of being reasonable in layout, low in cost, high in prefabrication rate, good in anti-seismic property and capable of increasing the use area of a house.
