The gravity type frame structure is arranged on one side of the giant inclined strut structure of the giant frame; the gravity type frame structure comprises gravity type frame columns and gravity type frame beams, and the gravity type frame beams are hinged between every two adjacent gravity type frame columns; the giant inclined strut structure of the giant frame is provided with an interface connected with the gravity type frame structure, a plurality of giant columns are arranged on the outer side face and the outer side face deviating from the gravity type frame structure, giant inclined struts are connected between the giant columns, and the eccentric supporting frame is arranged on the interface. The all-steel structure is not provided with a reinforced concrete core tube, so that the application of traditional building materials and the generation of garbage can be reduced, and the pollution to the environment is reduced; the huge columns and the huge inclined struts of the huge frame and huge inclined strut structure can form a complete usable large space, and the utilization rate of a building is increased.
