Embedded type large-stroke lead damper
The invention discloses an embedded type large-stroke lead damper, and belongs to the field of damping control. The embedded type large-stroke lead damper comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a central pull rod and lead blocks. The inner sleeve is sleeved with the outer sleeve. The central pull rod is sleeved with the inner sleeve. Grooves are formed in the two contact faces between the central pull rod and the inner sleeve respectively, and the grooves of the upper surface and the lower surface are opposite and form an annular cavity. Grooves are formed in the two contact faces of the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve respectively, the length of the groove, in the shearing direction, of the outer sleeve is larger than the length of the groove, in the shearing direction, of the inner sleeve, the grooves of the upper surface and the lower surface are opposite and form a section-variable annular cavity. The lead blocks are embedded in the cavities, wherein the sizes of the lead blocks are the same as the sizes of the cavities. A plurality of existing shearing type lead dampers are connected in series in an embedded mode, and therefore the stroke of the lead shearing damper is increased, damping materials are layered, the shearing area of the lead blocks is enlarged, and the energy consumption capacity of the lead shearing damper is improved.

The lead blocks are embedded in the cavities, wherein the sizes of the lead blocks are the same as the sizes of the cavities. A plurality of existing shearing type lead dampers are connected in series in an embedded mode, and therefore the stroke of the lead shearing damper is increased, damping materials are layered, the shearing area of the lead blocks is enlarged, and the energy consumption capacity of the lead shearing damper is improved.
