A plurality of dampers are connected in series in an embedded mode; meanwhile, damping materials are layered, the space occupied by the dampers is narrowed, and the stroke of the lead shearing damper is increased; meanwhile, the shearing area of the lead blocks is enlarged, the energy consumption capacity of the lead shearing damper is improved, and the situation that the damper outputs force evenly when the displacement is large is avoided.
