An anti-static floor sample block is characterized by comprising a cement layer, wherein an anti-static paint layer is arranged on the cement layer, a copper foil layer is arranged on the anti-static paint layer, an anti-static floating coat is arranged on the copper foil layer, and an anti-static surface layer is arranged on the anti-static floating coat. According to the anti-static floor sample block, the manufactured floor has the visual advantages that the floor is good in breathability of a paint film on the surface of the floor, resistant to wear, good in anti-static effect, and capable of being not affected by time, temperature and humidity.
