The invention provides a crankshaft transmission mechanism of a mortar spraying machine. The crankshaft transmission mechanism comprises a long eccentric shaft and a short eccentric shaft assembled to the long eccentric shaft, and bearings connected with a main conveying shaft of the mortar spraying machine are arranged between the long eccentric shaft and the short eccentric shaft. The invention further provides the mortar spraying machine with the crankshaft transmission mechanism. An assembled crankshaft is adopted for the crankshaft transmission mechanism of the mortar spraying machine and is connected with the main conveying shaft of the mortar spraying machine through the bearings, so mechanical load friction of transmission can be greatly reduced, abrasion to parts is reduced, noise generated during work is lowered, energy consumption is reduced, and the service life of the machine is prolonged.
