Preparing technology for carbon fiber composite rib
The invention provides a preparing technology for a carbon fiber composite rib. The preparing technology includes the steps that firstly, connecting manufacturing of a carbon fiber rib and a matched anchor is conducted and includes the processes of anchor cleaning, epoxy mortar mixing, anchor pouring and maintaining; secondly, manufacturing of a CFRP-PCPs rib is conducted; thirdly, a hydraulic jack is used for tensioning a CFRP rib which is well located; fourthly, after tensioning is completed, a fixing nut at a tensioning end is knocked, and after a numerical value of a tension strain reading instrument is stabilized, stirred UHPC concrete is poured in a composite rib die box in time; fifthly, the surface of the CFRP-PCPs composite rib which is formed in a pouring mode is covered by a plastic film, watered and maintained for 15 days and then tensioned. The preparing technology for the carbon fiber composite rib is simple, the strength of the composite rib is 10-15 times that of a common steel rib, the specific strength is the ratio of the material strength to the appearance density of the composite rib, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance are achieved, the electromagnetic insulativity is achieved, the heat conduction coefficient is low, and the self-diagnosing performance is good.
