The invention discloses a method for preparing a carbon fiber composite insulation board by using a carbon fiber reclaimed material, which comprises the following steps: crushing a recycled carbonized felt to obtain carbon fibers with the average length of 1-80mm; cleaning and drying the ground carbon fiber to obtain a carbon fiber crushed material; mixing the crushed carbon fiber with the pre-impregnation liquid according to the mass ratio of 1: (1-3), and uniformly stirring to obtain carbon fiber pre-forming mixed slurry; injecting the carbon fiber pre-formed mixed slurry into a mold, and putting the mold into a drying oven for curing and forming to obtain a cured felt; the cured felt is demolded and placed in a carbonization furnace to be carbonized, and the carbon fiber composite insulation board is obtained. The carbon fiber composite insulation board prepared from the carbon fiber reclaimed material can keep the density of 0.1-0.2 g/cm < 3 >, and has high strength and low heat conductivity coefficient.
本发明公开了一种利用碳纤维回收料制备碳纤维复合保温板的方法,其包括:将回收的碳化毡粉碎,得到平均长度为1~80mm的碳纤维;将磨碎的碳纤维清洗、干燥,得到碳纤维粉碎料;将碳纤维粉碎料与预浸液按1:1~3的质量比混合,搅拌均匀,得到碳纤维预成型混合浆料;将碳纤维预成型混合浆料注入模具,放入烘箱中固化成型,得到固化毡;将固化毡脱模,置于碳化炉中进行碳化,得到碳纤维复合保温板。本发明使用碳纤维回收料制备的碳纤维复合保温板能保持密度为0.1‑0.2g/cm3,同时具备高强度和低导热系数。
