The invention discloses a side-hung-door control valve. The control valve comprises a valve rod, a fixing foot and a shelf which are in the shape of a long strip; one end of the valve rod is connected with the fixing foot via a plug-in manner, and the other end is provided with a downward insert foot perpendicular to the valve rod. A side hung door comprises a door frame and a door plate; the door frame is provided with the valve rod capable of fixing the opening size of the side hung door and the shelf for placing the valve rod, and the top end face of a door plate is provided with multiple insertion holes, so that the insert foot is inserted into one insertion hole and the door plate is fixed when the side hung door needs fixing after being opened at a certain distance, and the side-hung-door control valve is extremely convenient and practicable. The provided side-hung-door control valve is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient, practicable and relatively low in cost.
