The invention discloses a toilet hook structure which comprises a hook body, a toilet door and a door frame. A bolt is arranged on the door frame, a bolt seat is arranged on the toilet door, and the hook is arranged on a wall in a sliding mode. A worm wheel and a worm matched with the worm wheel are further included, the hook is connected with the worm through a first steel rope, a coil spring is arranged on the worm, the worm wheel is connected with a push block through a second steel rope, the push block comprises a first inclined face arranged at one end, and a second inclined face matched with the first inclined face is arranged on the bolt. When no object is hung on the hook of the toilet hook structure, the bolt can be freely pushed to lock or open the toilet door. When an object is hung on the hook, the bolt is pushed into the bolt seat, and the toilet door can be locked. When the object on the hook is not taken away, due to the fact that a worm wheel and worm mechanism is locked by itself in one way and the toilet door is hard to open by applying force to the bolt, the situation that a user forgets to take away the object on the hook is avoided.
