The invention discloses a toilet hook linkage mechanism. The linkage mechanism comprises a hook body, a toilet door body, a door frame latch and a latch holder, and the hook body is arranged on the wall in sliding; the linkage mechanism further comprises a ratchet wheel and a pawl matching the ratchet wheel, wherein a first elastic element is arranged on the pawl, one side of the ratchet wheel is moveably provided with a sliding block, one end of the sliding block is connected with the hook body through a first steel rope, the ratchet wheel is connected with a pushing block through a second steel rope, the sliding block is arranged below the latch in sliding, the pushing block comprises a first inclined plane arranged on one end, the latch is provided with a second inclined plane matching the first inclined plane, and the ratchet wheel is provided with a second elastic element. The linkage mechanism is characterized in that the toilet door can be closed or opened by freely pushing the latch when articles aren't hung on the toilet hook, when the articles on the hook aren't taken, the toilet door is difficult to open by applying force to the latch because the ratchet wheel is automatically locked by the pawl, thus an user cannot forget to take away the articles on the hook.
