Anticorrosion brick
The invention discloses an anticorrosion carbon brick, which overcomes the problem that a material with higher anticorrosion properties is needed in various situations of acid production and acid usage in the prior art. The anticorrosion carbon brick in the invention comprises the following components, by mass: 85-90 parts of coke powder, 10 parts of graphite powder, 5 parts of heavy materials, and 25-30 parts of coke particles and phenolic resin. The method for producing the anticorrosion carbon brick comprises taking the coke powder and the graphite powder as main raw materials; processing the coke powder and the graphite powder through pulverizing; and adding the pulverized powder into a mixer for high-speed stirring; conveying the powder to a mechanical press and compacting the powder into required brick bodies at a normal temperature and a normal pressure; stacking and drying the brick bodies; baking the brick bodies for 48 hours and pulling the brick bodies out; soaking the brick bodies in a soak solution under a sealed condition; conveying the soaked brick bodies to a stove again; and baking the soaked brick bodies for 48 hours to obtain finished products. The anticorrosion carbon brick has advantages of good sealing and anticorrosion effects, light weight and high hardness. The linear expansion coefficient of the anticorrosion carbon brick is low, and the anticorrosion carbon brick can maintain better mechanical strength and shock resistance than materials, such as ceramic, glass-lined products and carbon steel, at a high temperature.
