Lightweight, energy-saving, and anticorrosion ceramic brick containing steel slag
The invention discloses a lightweight, energy-saving, and anticorrosion ceramic brick containing steel slag. The brick is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 to 8 parts of plant ash, 4 to 6 parts of porcelain stone, 2 to 3 parts of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate, 30 to 50 parts of converter steel slag, 20 to 25 parts of talcum powder, 5 to 10 parts of kaolin, 15 to 25 parts of waste glass micropowder, 1 to 2 parts of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 2 to 4 parts of sodium silicate powder, 2 to 4 parts of zinc oxide, 5 to 8 parts of brown sugar, 0.1 to 0.3 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and a proper amount of distilled water. The added plant ash and porcelain stone enhance the stability and anticorrosion performance of ceramic brick, and the added silver-loaded zirconium phosphate has a very good bactericidal function. The provided ceramic brick has an anticorrosion and bactericidal function, stable performance, and low cost. A large amount of solid wastes can be recovered and utilized, and good ecological benefit and economic benefit can be generated.
