A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a preparation method of attapulgite dry powder for a decorative wall material and a decorative wall material. The attapulgite dry powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of attapulgite powder, 60-80 parts of diatomite, 30-50 parts of meerschaum, 5-10 parts of allophane, 5-10 parts of mordenite, 3-5 parts of inorganic limestone, 2-3 parts of tourmaline powder, 3-8 parts of titanium white and 3-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the raw materials, pelleting, and pulverizing to obtain the attapulgite dry powder; adding 8-10 wt% of water, pressing into an attapulgite green brick, and baking by keeping the temperature at 50-65 DEG C for 2-4 hours; and finally, roasting at 500-600 DEG C in a kiln for 4-6 hours. The attapulgite dry powder is prepared from the attapulgite as the main material and reasonably matched according to different characteristics of clay ores. The prepared attapulgite has higher adsorptive power for organic steam and harmful gas ions of formaldehyde, benzene and VOCs (volatile organic compounds), has powerful functions of regulating humidity and purifying air, and has the advantages of fire resistance, flame retardancy, sound insulation, noise reduction, moisturization and heat insulation.
