To easily replace a decorative wall material even when scratches and dirt are attached thereto, and form the decorative wall material into a cushioning wall.SOLUTION: A wall decorative material includes a substrate 11 which has a first flat surface 11a and a second flat surface 11b and where the second flat surface 11b faces the first flat surface 11a; and a cover material 12 having a design part 12a covering the first flat surface 11a of the substrate 11 and an edge part 12b which is folded along the edge of the substrate 11 and is fixed to the second flat surface 11b with fixing means 13, and mounts a mounting member to the decorative material. In the wall decorative material, the substrate surface is covered with the cover material, each end of the cover material is turned around the rear face of the substrate and is fixed to an edge end of the rear face of the substrate with a fastener, and the mounting member is mounted thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
