The invention discloses an architectural thermal-insulation material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 40-60 parts of expanded perlite, 5-15 parts of architectural anion powder, 10-20 parts of urea-formaldehyde resin and 0.2-0.8 part of betulinic acid. The architectural thermal-insulation material has favorable thermal-insulation effect and can release anions persistently.
