The invention provides a ceramic utensil suitable for an electromagnetic heating device. The ceramic utensil comprises a matrix material, wherein the matrix material mainly comprises spodumene, eucryptite, quartz, kaolin, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide and barium oxide. The ceramic material has a stable expansion coefficient within the range of 300 DEG C, is less liable to bursting when being heated and cooled repeatedly within the temperature range, and can be suitable for the electromagnetic heating device. The invention further discloses the ceramic utensil made of the ceramic material.
