Flexible composite ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a flexible composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material consists of the following components in parts by mass: 50-68 parts of kaolin, 8-26 parts of quartz sand, 10-33 parts of feldspar powder, 5-18 parts of sericite, 3-17 parts of a chrome wire, 1-12 parts of an aluminum plate, 4-15 parts of carbon powder and 3-14 parts of glass slag. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and sieving the kaolin, the quartz sand, the feldspar powder, the sericite, the chrome wire, the aluminum plate, the carbon powder and the glass slag; uniformly mixing in a mixer to obtain a mixture; adding distilled water which is 2-4 times the parts by mass of the mixture, pouring into a mold and drying; sintering to the temperature of 800 to 1000 DEG C; keeping the temperature, taking out and cooling to obtain the flexible composite ceramic material. The ceramic material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is improved in hardness, impact toughness and damping, so that the aim of improving the toughness is realized.
