The invention provides a microcrystal foaming fireproof heat-insulating material produced by utilizing aeolian sand and glass dolomite tailings. The microcrystal foaming fireproof heat-insulating material is prepared by the following steps of: preparing the materials such as the aeolian sand, the glass dolomite tailings and limestone into fine powder, mixing uniformly according to the ratio, then paving the fine-powder mixture in a firing mold, carrying out one-time integrated firing in a high-temperature firing kiln, then cooling and forming. A manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: preparing the materials, distributing the materials, firing, cold processing and obtaining a finished product. The invention also provides a double-layer microcrystal foaming fireproof heat-insulating plate produced by utilizing the process. The microcrystal foaming fireproof heat-insulating material provided by the invention has the advantages that not only is the problem of environmental pollution caused by wastes solved, but also the production cost is saved, simultaneously the utilization rate of resources is increased, the wastes become valuables, so that the environment is optimized; since the glass dolomite tailings is used as the production materials, the combustion-supporting effect of self combustion of the materials can be achieved in the firing process, so that the firing speed can be accelerated, the fuel cost can be saved and the energy consumption can be reduced.
