The invention discloses a cement pavement cutting machine. The cement pavement cutting machine comprises a fixed frame, a motor, a belt, a rotating device, a rotation controller, a cutter, a belt wheel, a fixed shaft, a supporting bearing, a rotating shaft, a shock-absorbing seat, a weighing device and a telescopic cylinder, wherein the fixed frame is arranged under the telescopic cylinder; the motor is arranged in the fixed frame; the belt is arranged on the motor; the other end of the belt is connected with the belt wheel; the belt wheel is arranged on the cutter; the fixed shaft is arranged on the cutter; the fixed shaft is arranged at the bottom of the fixed frame; the rotating shaft is arranged on the right side of the telescopic cylinder; the supporting bearing is arranged at the left end of the rotating shaft; a supporting platform is arranged under the supporting bearing; the weighing device is arranged on the right side of the supporting platform; the rotating device is arranged on the left side of the weighing device; the rotation controller is arranged on the rotating device. According to the cement pavement cutting machine, the cement surface is cut slantwise by use of the cutter to form a pit with an inclined internal surface, and therefore, the problem of collapse during pit filling by use of cement is solved.
