The invention relates to a pier device, in particular to a pier device capable of reducing impact of river water. The pier device capable of reducing impact of the river water comprises front drainage plates, rear drainage plates, supporting plates and fixing frames. The front drainage plates are connected with the rear drainage plates, and each of the front drainage plates and the rear drainage plates is composed of two baffles and the supporting plates in the baffles. The baffles and the supporting plates are made of iron plates; and the baffles are rectangular, and sides of two baffles are connected to form a 45-degree angle; and the supporting plates of the front drainage plates and the rear drainage plates are connected with the drainage plates in a matched manner. The front supporting plates and the rear supporting plates are matched with the radius of a cylindrical pier, and the fixing frames are arranged at the positions, between the front drainage plates and the rear drainage plates, of the supporting plates and can be connected. The device is easy to carry, simple in structure and capable of being rapidly mounted and dismounted in regions with multiple rainy seasons. The essential structure of the pier is not required to be changed, and the impact of the river water to the pier is reduced through the front drainage plates. Due to the rear drainage plates, the river water is rapidly drained, and the river water is prevented from washing away the pier in a spreading manner.
