A bridge vibration reducing and isolating structure composed of an upper support plate, a spherical crown plate and a middle steel linear plate is arranged in the basin cavity of the lower support plate. At least one hydraulic hole communicated with the basin cavity is formed in the lower support plate or the middle steel linear plate. According to the bridge vibration reducing and isolating support with the adjustable bearing capacity, the actual bearing capacity of the support can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the support.
